Your products will go through an extensive inspection and will be properly secured before they are shipped. Everyday we deliver thousands of packages to clients from all over the world. Orders that include more than one item are assigned processing times according to each item.
We will carefully examine all items before sending. The majority of orders are delivered within 48 hours. Expected delivery time is between 3-7 days.
Returns
Stock is dynamic. It is not managed entirely by us, since we're involved with several parties such as the factory and the storage. Stock levels can fluctuate at any given time. It is possible that the inventory could run out once the order has been made.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If it's been longer than 30 days since you made your purchase and we're unable to offer you a full exchange or refund.
For your item to be considered eligible for return the item must not be opened and in the condition you received it in. It should also be in the original packaging.
